If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite to review our policy on refund and returns.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURS ON ANY ORDER FOR SANITARY PURPOSES.

We do not accept refunds, please contact us if there is an issue with you order.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

*We only replace items if they are defective or damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Supercutegiftshop2023@gmail.com

 

*Any item not in the original conditions is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

*If the product or merchandise is damaged or spilled, you must provide pictures and videos for proof by email.

Cancellation Policy

 

Orders may be cancelled if you have not received an email with shipping information (tracking number). If you, the customer doesn't provide us with a correct email address to send you the shipping information, we will not be able to honor your request. 

 

Once you order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel you order, any requests to cancel order after 24 hours will be denied.
